We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. We know you're busy, and we take deadlines seriously.

What’s the minimum order size?

For most custom apparel orders, our minimum is 12 pieces per imprint (same print size and color scheme). You can mix sizes and colors of the same item type as long as the imprint stays the same.
Minimums for promotional products vary depending on the item—just ask, and we’ll let you know!

What if I don't have a design?

No problem! Our team will ask the right questions to understand your vision, and our design team will bring it to life. You’ll get to review and approve your design before production begins.

Can I change my request after I receive the quote?

Absolutely! We’ll work with you to finalize your order to fit your budget and timeline. From pricing adjustments to design proof approvals, we make the process simple and stress-free.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we frequently work with school districts and are very familiar with their purchasing process. You’ll receive a detailed quote to submit to your bookkeeper for a PO request.

For businesses and organizations, we require pre-payment after proof approval to begin production. Please note that we do not offer payment terms.
