  • ORDER PROCESS

    When you're ready to order you can simply Start A Quote, send us an email, or call.

    You'll need to know your product type, order quantity, in-hands date, and design concept. All designs will require approval before production begins.

    If you'd like assistance selecting the best option and price, a member of our team can guide you though the process step by step.

    For Screen Printing & Embroidery we require an order of 12 pieces or more. If you need fewer pieces, let us know. There are other decoration methods that might work for small orders and we’ll point you in the right direction.

    Promotional products have different minimums set by the manufacturer. Smaller items typically have a 100 pc minimum, and larger items can be ordered in as few as one piece.

    Turnaround varies based on the print method. Most orders will be ready in 2 weeks or 10 business days. We do have some items that are available on a quick turn or RUSH service. Just ask!

    Promotional product delivery is determined by the manufacturer and can take 2-4 weeks. We can estimate delivery times upon request.

    Screen printing setup is included in the price per shirt.

    Embroidery will incur a one-time fee of $50 to digitize (fancy word for prepare your artwork) your logo. This applies to one size logo. That being said, two sized logos may incur two $50 digitizing fees (it's worth it, trust us, we strive for the highest quality results).

    Some promotional products have additional small set-up fees.

    If you need something with a fast turnaround, just ask. We may be able to meet your deadline depending on our current production schedule. If we can make it happen, we’ll inform you of any rush fees before hand.

    DESIGN

    We have an art team so you don’t have to. Just send a concept, a document attachment, or an image of what you have in mind and we’ll get to work!

    If you already have your design ready, we prefer vector files: AI, EPS, PDF. You can also send a high quality JPEG (300 dpi) at actual print size.

    Yes, of course!

    All orders require design approval by reviewing a digital mock-up sent by email, even exact repeat orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify desired print/thread colors, placement, and spelling of all text (including name lists).

    Mighty Imprints is not responsible for changes or corrections requested after artwork approval is received. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could incur additional fees. Any delays in the approval process after receipt of the digital proof could result in production delays.

    Note about embroidery proofs: The initial proof is a digital mock-up of your design before the file is digitized. Embroidery has limitations and not all designs translate well to stitches. If your design has small text or design elements we may need to adjust the size or simplify some details. In some cases we will send a secondary proof for customer approval if there are changes to the logo after digitizing. Our production team may make minor adjustments to ensure quality without client approval.

    Most designs can be created with no additional cost to you. We suggest checking out our Design Gallery or browsing the internet for ideas.

    If you need something more complex we will quote you before we start. We try to keep surprises to a minimum.

    APPAREL

    The most accurate option for choosing sizes is to ask each person for their individual size, but that can be an overwhelming task. If you're ordering for a large group, you can ask 10-20 people closest to you and use their sizes as a guide when ordering your full quantity.

    Or, you can always use one of our size breakdown suggestions below.

    COMMON SIZE BREAKDOWN: Small 10% • Medium 25% • Large 30% • XL 25% • 2XL 10%
    [Example: If you need 100 t-shirts, you’d order 10 Small, 25 Medium, 30 Large, 25 XL, and 10 2XLs. Depending on the shirt style and audience, you may want to add a few 3XL and 4XL.

    NOTE ABOUT FIT: Remember that some brands, like American Apparel, have a slimmer fit than others. We recommend taking this into account when selecting sizes. See the size chart for each style to be sure.

    There is a size upcharge on XXL and up for most styles.

    Yes...but we don't recommend it. We work with major suppliers and we’re typically able to get the garments for you at less cost than buying them from a retail store.

    We cannot guarantee that each piece you bring to us will be a successful print or stitch. Mistakes happen, and if you provide the goods, we are not responsible for any replacement or reimbursement. If we order the garments, we can easily replace garments at no cost to you.

    Our team is available to help you choose a product that meets your needs, but ultimately the choice is yours. If you aren’t sure of what item to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. If ordering for fitting we recommend ordering every other size. If the small is too small and the large is too big, you'll know to get a medium.

    Samples can be ordered from us at a discounted rate. Blank samples that are returned before your order goes to production will be credited towards the final invoice, less any shipping charges.

    Every order is custom and so is the merch. We order blank goods after your order is placed, which means that some stock levels may have changed or may be on back order. We may substitute a comparable item and close color match in order to meet your deadline. For most products we’ll notify you immediately and offer comparable alternatives within your original budget. Mighty Imprints is not responsible for items that are out of stock as we cannot guarantee their availability once your order is finalized.

    For screen printing on shirts and other garments, we specialize in artwork that is max size of 14" x 14". Larger prints are possible with a bit extra cost.

    Embroidered logos on the left chest are typically 3” x 3” up to 4” x 4”. However, our max is 10” x 10”

    Promotional products will have imprint size limits per item set by the manufacturer.

    Yes, we can screen print on infant onesies, kids tees, and adult apparel.

    Max t-shirt imprint size:
    Infant = 6" design
    Youth = 10" design
    Adult = 14" design

    The printed design is the same size on all shirt sizes. This means that the same size design will be printed on all shirts, from smallest size to largest size. If you'd like different print sizes, they'll each be treated as a separate order. All quantity discounts are based on the total number of shirts with the same imprint colors and size.

    Digitizing is the process of making your design computer-ready for our embroidery machines. A digitizing file is like a map for the embroidery machine; specifying the sequence, stitch direction and density to achieve the best result.

    Stitch count refers to the amount of individual stitches in an embroidery design. A typical left chest logo is around 3.5" and between 10 and 12,000 stitches. The stitch count will be higher for designs with a lot of color filled areas or layers.

    We offer heat applied patches rather than sewing them onto the garment. We also offer direct embroidery.

    Need patches? We offer custom embroidery, printed, and woven patches in a variety of shapes.

    Direct to Garment, commonly referred to as DTG, is a method of digitally printing directly onto the t-shirt. It's the best option for low quantity, high color count designs.

    The DTG process uses eco-friendly nontoxic "water-based" inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. Due to the combination of water based inks along with the fabric density &  fabric content of different products, the color vibrancy will vary from product to product.  This method of printing uses 4 colors to create a full-color spectrum. Large solid areas of one single color may have slight variances in appearance, which is normal.  Remember, this method does not use each individual color in your print, but a mixture of many.

    ABOUT THE PROCESS:
    The print area of the garment is pre-treated with a special solution that helps the ink show up on dark fabrics.
    Please note that DTG printed garments should be washed before wearing the first time and always washed inside-out in cold water to help maintain the vibrancy of the design.

    Yes, we can print in full color using Direct to Garment or Digital Film methods of printing.

    RETURN POLICY

    We work hard to give our clients what they want, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your order is received and it is wrong, please notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to make it right.

    THE BOTTOM LINE: Any order that is printed differently than the approved design proof will be granted a reprint of the misprinted product. Reprints will not be shipped until the original order is sent back to us. We will provide you with a return shipping label and we'll cover shipping costs. Note: we will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order. If only part of the order is returned, we will only reprint and replace the returned items.
