Welcome to Mighty Imprints’ Custom Online Store service. By participating in an online store hosted by Mighty Imprints, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help us provide you with a smooth, high-quality ordering and fulfillment experience while protecting both your interests and ours.

1. Order Placement & Store Closing

  • All orders must be placed through the designated online store before the store closing date and time.

  • While the store is open, you may request changes to your order by contacting us at hello@mightyimprints.com with your order number and requested changes at least 24 hours before store close. Changes cannot be made after the store closes.

  • Once the store closes, no additional orders, changes, or cancellations will be accepted. The store cannot be reopened or extended.

  • It is the responsibility of the store sponsor and customers to submit accurate orders and selections by the deadline.


2. Production & Fulfillment

  • Production begins only after the store closes and all orders are finalized.

  • Orders are produced using a combination of print methods (screen printing, embroidery, digital printing) determined by the total quantity sold per design to optimize quality, cost, and turnaround time.

  • Production typically takes approximately 10–15 business days after store closing, not including shipping transit time.

  • Each item is individually folded, poly-bagged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

  • Mighty Imprints does not produce extra items beyond what is ordered. If inventory shortages, production errors, or delays occur, we will notify the buyer directly to offer solutions or refunds.

  • Style substitutions may be made at the discretion of Mighty Imprints to allow order fulfillment and to protect fundraising earnings.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping options include:

    • Individual Shipping: Items are shipped directly to each customer. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

    • Central Distribution: All orders ship to a single address selected by the store sponsor for in-person distribution.

  • Mighty Imprints provides tracking information for all shipments.

  • Mighty Imprints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or lost/damaged items once orders have shipped.

  • For central distribution, Mighty Imprints is not responsible for the accuracy or condition of orders after delivery to the sponsor. The sponsor assumes full responsibility for distribution.


4. Store Setup Fees & Fundraising Payouts

  • Mighty Imprints charges no upfront store setup fees to the store sponsor.

  • To cover design, setup, production coordination, and platform costs, fundraising payouts will only begin after a minimum of 50 total items are sold across all designs in the store.

  • Stores that do not reach the 50-item minimum result in setup and production costs absorbed by Mighty Imprints. This minimum order threshold protects our ability to offer this service.

  • Fundraising progress counters, if enabled, display total items sold but fundraising earnings will not be paid out until the minimum threshold is met.

  • Mighty Imprints reserves the right to adjust payout terms in the future, including retaining a portion of earnings to cover setup fees; any changes will be communicated in advance.


5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom apparel orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on Mighty Imprints’ part.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying sizes, colors, and product selections before submitting orders.

  • Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after store closure.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Sponsors and customers must provide accurate information and promptly review any proofs or communications to avoid production delays.

  • Sponsors are responsible for promoting the store and encouraging orders to meet minimum thresholds for successful fulfillment and fundraising.

  • Mighty Imprints will not be responsible for shipping costs or losses related to returned orders due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues.


7. Liability Limitations

  • Mighty Imprints is not liable for delays or damages caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment or once delivered to the sponsor in cases of central distribution.


8. General Terms

  • Mighty Imprints reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or store that does not meet minimum requirements or violates these terms.

  • These terms may be updated periodically; current terms apply to all active stores.

  • Questions or disputes should be directed to Mighty Imprints customer service promptly.
