• Orders on our online custom stores are for pre-sale. The items will be produced after the store has closed.
• Orders ship approximately 7-10 days after the store close date. Please allow additional transit time based on the shipping method chosen during checkout.
• Be sure to check the size chart before ordering. Returns or exchanges are not excepted for the wrong size or style ordered.
• Mighty Imprints will do our best to fulfill every order as quickly and accurately as possible. Some sizes and styles may be unavailable at the time of production; in which case a comparable substitution will be printed instead. A substitution of brand or style will not be eligible for return/exchange. If we are unable to source a suitable substitution, we will contact each buyer with alternative options.
• Minimum quantity requirements:
Printed and embroidered apparel has a 12 piece minimum per design for production. Spirit items have varying minimum quantity requirements per item to be produced. If sales don't meet the required minimum of a design, you will have the option to purchase the remaining quantity, or we will refund the customers for those products. Each buyer will be notified by email if all or part of their order has been refunded.
• Once the store is closed, changes can not be made to your order. Cancellations and refunds may be available before the store has closed. Contact email@example.com with questions.
• Orders can not be placed after the store has closed. We do not print extras of any item for purchase after the store has closed. Reopening the store will be considered a new set of orders and minimum requirements will apply.
• Mighty Imprints is not responsible for loss of goods due to incorrect shipping information entered during checkout.
• If personally distributing orders to buyers, you are responsible for verifying that all orders are received and distributed responsibly. Claims or questions about distribution must be made within 3 days of receipt. Mighty Imprints is not responsible for missing, misplaced or incorrectly distributed orders.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for pre-sale orders. All items are custom made per order; we do not produce extras. We will only process refunds or replacements for damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 7 days or receipt of order.
